Post Hard Drives and Memory Sticks For Shredding

If you are not local to us, you can post your hard drives and memory sticks to us for secure cross cut shredding.

How does it work:

Step 1:

Remove hard drives from laptops/computers or you can send them to us in the laptop/computer tower and we will remove them for you for a small fee.

Step 2:

Contact our team to book in your shredding. We will require the following information:

Contact name
Phone number
Email address
Quantity of hard drives/memory sticks for shredding
Estimated date of delivery

Step 3:

Our team will book in your shredding and confirm this with you. They will send you an invoice which needs to be paid prior to you sending your items for shredding.

You can pay via bank transfer (our details are on the invoice) or you can call and pay by card over the phone.

Step 4:

Now you can book your delivery. It is your responsibility to get these items to us safely – we advise you use a sturdy box for postage that is well sealed. We recommend that you send your items through a tracked and insured service.

Please ensure you list delivery days and times to your courier service as: Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Step 5:

When your hard drives and/or memory sticks arrive with us for shredding, we will securely shred them same day.

Our industrial hard drives shredder shreds your digital media to a small cross cut size for maximum security.

We will then email you a copy of your certificate of destruction.
