The cabinet dimensions are approx 50cm wide x 50cm deep x 90cm high. It is a locked unit (to prevent any unauthorised access) for the security of your paperwork and you will have a copy key to access the bag if needed. Our staff will have their own cabinet key for collections.

Step 2:
Our office team answer any queries and send you over your contract and site information form. Once these are completed we will arrange a delivery date with you.
Step 3:
Your secure shredding cabinet will be delivered and you will be advised of your first collection date.
Step 4:
Our team will now collect your shredding cabinet bag on a monthly basis. All paperwork that is collected will be securely shredded same day at our shredding premises in Neston, Wirral.
You will recieve a collection note, invoice and certificate of destruction for your records of for collection.
All shredded paperwork is baled for further security and then palletised. Pallets of shredded paper are sent for recycling to ensure that we offer a secure and environmentally-friendly service.

Pricing:
Our pricing is dependant on a few factors including location and quantity of shredding cabinets. Prices start at £18 + VAT but please contact our team for an accurate quote.

Is my paper shredded same day?
Yes, all paperwork is shredded same day as collection. We have an industrial shredder at our site in Neston, Cheshire, and paper is shredded to a smal cross cut size.
Environmental Impact and Sustainability
We ensure that all our shredded paperwork is then recycled.
Our shredding team are very careful with what goes through the shredder as we only allow paper, small paperclips and staples.
Items such as plastic wallets, treasury tags, lever arch folders and plastic binders are not put through the shredder as this would contaminate the shredding bale and therefore not be recycled. This is why we ask that you don’t put these items in with your shredding.
To reduce our carbon footprint we collect shredding cabinets in area’s. We send one van out to collect all cabinets and shredding collections in specific area’s to reduce our emmissions. For example, all our Wirral collections are grouped together and our Chester collections are grouped together.
We also work with a local recycling company based in the North to ensure that the carbon foorptint of the shredded paper is not unnecessarily high.
Can I have more than one shredding cabinet?
Yes, you can have as many shredding cabinets as you think you will need. Pricing will adjust depending on quantity of shredding cabinets.
