We deliver a shredding cabinet (or as many as you require) to your workplace. The cabinets are locked with a gap at the top for everyone to put paperwork that needs securely shredding in.
Throughout the month this will start to fill up and is a hassle free way to ensure you are securely shredding without having to shred yourself.
They are approx 100cm high x 50cm wide x 50 cm deep. Having a beech wooden finish it ensures that they look smart and professional for a workplace.
Every month our team will visit to collect your shredding cabinet bag. They will bring an empty cabinet bag and remove your full one from the cabinet and replace it with the empty one.
We offer our shredding cabinet service to all businesses on the Wirral, in Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Deeside, Wrexham and more. To see if your area is covered, just enquire with our helpful team.
The cabinet collection team then bring the shredding back to our premises in Neston where we securely shred your shredding cabinet bag on our industrial shredder same day as collection.
Your shredded paperwork is baled with other shredded paper for further security and then palletised before it is sent for recycling.
Our admin team will then email you your invoice and certificate of destruction for your shredding cabinet collection. This ensures your business is GDPR compliant and that you are trying to protect all your details and customer details from fraud.
Then next month our team will collect again!
If you find you ever need an earlier collection/clear out, our team can schedule in addtional collections to get it all collected and shredded quickly.
