Our admin team recieved a call from Jan who owns a local business, they had 10 days before the end of the month to clear out their storage container as they didn’t want to pay for another month.
They had managed to clear most items from the large container but were left with a lot of paperwork that needed collecting and securely destroying so she phoned us at UShred.
Our team arranged to collect at the end of the week and ensured that it was booked in within the time frame that our customer had of the end of the month.
Our collection team arrived at the agreed upon time and helped to unload the container and load up our van with all their shredding bags.
It was the very last job for our customer and she was really pleased that everything had been done before their end of month deadline. She went and haded back the keys to the container company there and then!
Our team brought the bags of shredding back to our shredding facility in Neston Wirral, where we then shredded all the bags same day as collection.
As with all our shredding, once paper is securely shredded it is then baled for further security and palletised before it is sent for recycling.
Our admin team email a VAT invoice and certificate of destruction for their records.

It saved them a lot of time having to shred themselves and they liked the fact that all our paper is shredded to a small size and then recycled as well.
