In this blog article we are going to answer some of the frequently asked questions that we get about our shredding cabinet service that operates in Wirral, Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales. FAQ 1) How much does it cost?
Unfortunately we can’t give a set answer for this as it depends on location and how many shredding cabinets you are going to require. Our prices start at £18 + VAT per cabinet and the cost per cabinet is reduced if you have more than one. If you would like a quote, just ask our team.
FAQ 2) How often do you collect?
We collect the shredding bag inside your locked shredding cabinet once a month. If you find it getting full before the month is up, we can deliver another shredding cabinet to your site.
FAQ 3) How much do the cabinet bags hold?
The maximum weight allowance is 23kg (as our staff have to carry the bags). You can always fill up additional bags or boxes if you are having a clear out and our team will collect them at the same time.
FAQ 4) Are they secure?
Yes absolutely – all cabinets have a lock on them to prevent unauthorised access. If you would like a copy of your key just ask our team and we will deliver one to you and make sure you keep it somewhere safe.
FAQ 5) When is my paper shredded?
When our team collect they bring it back to our shredding site in Neston, Cheshire. We then shred all paperwork same day as collection on our cross cut shredder. All shredded paper is then baled for futher security.
FAQ 6) Do I get any documentation?
You will recieve a collection note, VAT invoice and certificate of destruction for every shredding collection.
FAQ 7) What area’s do you cover?
We cover for our shredding cabinet service: Wirral, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wrexham, Mold, Deeside and Queensferry.
